History Twinpack

Twinpack B.V. is one of the foremost wholesalers in packaging-material in The Netherlands.

Their wide assortment consists of the following main groups: corrugated and solid board / plastic crates / tape and foil.

Twinpack B.V. was founded in the late twenties of the last century.
The firms Bos Verpakkingen of Barneveld and Ons Belang of Noordwijkerhout have been experts in packaging for many years.
Bos Verpakkingen specialises in packaging for poultry, eggs and meat and the industrial sector. For many years Ons Belang has been the leading supplier of boxes and plastic crates for the flower-, plant and bulb-exporters.

For several years both companies are part of the VPK Packaging Group, an exchange rated paper and cardboard producer with plants all over Europe.
It was a logical move to combine both companies and since 1^st January 2006 Twinpack B.V. exists with branches in Barneveld and Noordwijkerhout.

Due to a strategy-switch of the VPK Packaging Group, Twinpack B.V. is sold 1st of Januari 2008 to NoorderHuys Participaties and the management.
